Delivery & Return Policy
At Dyana Allure, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund options:
1. Refund Policy (2 Days)
If you wish to receive a refund, you must request a return within 2 days of receiving your order. Please note that:
• All items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached.
• Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 additional days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
2. Exchange or Store Credit (7 Days)
If you would like to exchange an item or receive store credit, you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, as stated above.
• We do not offer cash refunds after 3 days, but you can exchange for a different size, product, or receive store credit for future purchases.
3. Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items
Please note that items marked as Final Sale or customized products cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Returns from Outside the UAE
For customers returning items from outside the UAE, please note:
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged. For returns from outside the UAE, the customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.
6. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags.
