2. Exchange or Store Credit Only within (5 Days)

If you would like to exchange an item or receive store credit, you must request it within 5 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in their original condition, as stated above.

• You can exchange for a different size, product, or receive store credit for future purchases.

3. Final Sale Non-exchangeable Items

Please note that items marked as Final Sale or customized products cannot be returned.

4. Exchange from Outside the UAE

For customers exchanging items from outside the UAE, please note:

• You are responsible for the shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged. For exchange from outside the UAE, the customer is responsible for any applicable shipping costs.

6. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a exchange, all items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to deny exchange that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags.
